How long will my Order take to arrive?
It depends on the types and length of your order, but generally we aim to get your goods to you within 6-8 working weeks.

All sizes are approximates, we always try to keep the dimensions as precise as possible.
How do you work out Postage?
Our website uses a formula, based on weight of Parcel and your Postcode. Postage is shown upon checkout, before you pay.
My Order Status is 'Processing', what does this mean?
If your Order is marked with 'Processing' as a status it simply means your order has been recieved by our office, printed off and your goods are being packed and awaiting collection from our Couriers. As soon as our couriers have collected we will mark your order as 'Dispatched'.
Are my Payments Secure, and what personal detail do you keep?
Your Payments are 100% secure and are handled by Paypal, on checkout you will be directed to their payment gateway, we do not get any Card Details.
The only details we keep are your Name, Address, Contact Number, Goods Ordered Details and your Email Address.

Yes, we have numerous distributors all over the world.
I am in an other country and I wish to place an order, how can I do it?.
Your orders have to be emailed over to us as our website can not process your order, we will send back a pro-forma with payment links for easy payment.
